So I was asked by a family friend to fix her bathing suit by adding straps to it...Well it's something new to me so I searched everywhere I got a few ideas but none were what I wanted so I tried it on my own going in with no pattern.

       So what you need :
       nylon lycra fabric 
       Thread to match the suit strap
       Scissors
       Pins
       Sewing machine
